A copy of his prepared remarks may be found <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/news\/testimony\/testimony-clayton-2017-09-26\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Clayton\u2019s testimony was fairly broad in scope, covering a variety of issues of concern to the Committee, from the SEC\u2019s budget request to its activity in the enforcement arena.
